Amtrak HHP-8 revamp pack

This is probably one of the biggest trainz projects I have worked on this pack bring many enhancements and improvements to connyxy's HHP-8 features include:

ARN via a skin changer all 15 units are represented from 650 to 664 and their new numbers from 680 to 694

Tweaked headlight colors

Flashing ditchlights

Tweaked position of a.limfront and a.limback attachment points so when coupled the coupler looks better

F letters added at front of unit via a separately attached decal.

Acela logos added on sides of cabs via separately attached decals.

Dead version with deactivated pantograph and no engine sound good for if you want a unit to be towed by another loco without the pantograph being raised by the AI

New engine and horn sounds.

Better functioning red marker lights.
